What are the grease filters?
The edible oil filter is developed according to the common problems in solid-liquid separation and filtration in various industries and by introducing international advanced technology. The filter blades are made of special stainless steel filters with long service life, large output, and high precision. The original pressure mechanism is low oil content, easy to operate and easy to discharge residue, which is suitable for grease, chemical industry, and other industries. The filtration and separation processes of decolorized oil, clarification and crystallization in pharmaceutical and other industries have solved the problems of difficult filtration and residue discharge of crude oil pressed by cottonseed, rapeseed and castor oil in oil and fat industry.
Plate and frame filter
For stainless steel multi-layer plate-frame filter press, it is suitable for closed filtration of liquids with lower viscosity and less slag content under 50% concentration to meet the requirements of purification, sterilization, clarification, fine filtration and semi-fine filtration. The microporous membrane can be directly selected, and aseptic filtration can be achieved without a microporous membrane filter.

Vacuum filter
Vacuum filter is a kind of equipment that separates solid from a liquid by vacuum negative pressure. In structure, the filter section is arranged along the horizontal length direction. It can continuously complete filtration, washing, drying, and regeneration of filter cloth. Rubber belt filter has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, flexible operation and low maintenance cost. Rubber belt filter can be widely used in solid-liquid separation in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, paper-making, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, and other fields, especially in gypsum dehydration in flue gas desulfurization (FGD).
Centrifugal separator
Centrifugal separators are mainly used to separate solid particles from liquids in suspensions; or to separate two incompatible liquids with different densities in emulsions (e.g. to separate butter from milk); they can also be used to remove liquids in wet solids, such as drying wet clothes with a washing machine; and special super-speed tubular separators can also be used for separation. Gas mixtures with different densities, such as enrichment and separation of gaseous uranium hexafluoride, can be classified according to density or particle size by using the characteristics of the different settling speed of solid particles with different densities or particle sizes in liquids. Centrifugal separators are widely used in the chemical industry, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, mineral processing, coal, water treatment, and shipping.
