In spring and autumn, both seasons can be properly mastered according to the temperature.

At present, oil is extracted by pressing and spiral method in China, and the residual oil in the cake is more than 5%. 2. Filtration in processing equipment for edible animal oil

  1. Filtration principle: the filtration is under the pressure of the pump to make the oil filter cloth, and impurities stay between the filter cloth.Filtration can reduce mechanical impurities to a small degree and remove some of the wax.
  2. Press filter equipment and operation: common press filter equipment has different models of frame type oil filter, matching gear pump.
  3. Precipitation and filtration is a kind of intermittent work. When working, we should first install the filter cloth and then start filtration. If the requirements are met during the filtration process, the filtration can be stopped.
