Then heat, hydrolyze and cool to remove the N-hexane solutes. And you would get the ferulic acid precipitation in the acid condition. The final step is to refine. Ferulic acid has a strong antioxidant effect which can prevent oil and juice oxidation.<\/p>\n<h2 data-fontsize=\"33\" data-lineheight=\"49\"><strong>You also can use peanut meal to produce flavor enhancer.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>After crushing peanut meal, soak it in hydrochloric acid, and then add alkali to neutralization.
